Madonna made a red-carpet appearance this week for the U.S. premiere of her new film Filth & Wisdom.
The star posed in black Dolce & Gabbana belted shift dress and Chanel stilettos with gun-shaped heels. The shoes from Chanel’s Spring Summer 2009 collection has yet to hit the shops but a Chanel representative said there is a huge waiting list for the shoes, which are expected to sell for $2,200 a pair.
