Where can I obtain the drop-dead red wow Vivenne Westwood dress that Kim Cattrall wore for the premier of SATC in London? I am putting on a multi-cultural, diverse production of Judy Garland songs, with me taking the lead, in aid of The Genesis Appeal, for research into the prevention of breast cancer. I am a woman from Manchester in my mid-fourties and the show is dedicated to my mum, who had the disease at the age I am now, and the grand-daughter she didn’t live to see – I love Vivienne Westwood – the real Queen of England!!
