It’s a tough one. Animal print is a distinctive look but is it a good one? We’re not so sure (blame Bett Lynch from soap Coronation Street) but the fashion pack can’t keep their paws off it.

Kate Moss oft shows her wild side in print, while Victoria Beckham swoops through airports dressed top-to-toe in designer print hot on the heels of Eva Longoria Parker who pulls on wild-child print boots to make her point.

All of the above are perhaps too polished. Whereas no one does it better than Alison Mosshart from The Kills strutting her tiger stuff on stage in animal print. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Fashion verdict: Rough up the look a little if you want to survive in the jungle.
